The weeks were always there. Nobody had ever put a number on them.
Case study · A swim school in regional Queensland
They came to us running 40 weeks of the year, school terms only. Families paid by term, into a bank account, and every payment was reconciled by hand.
When we put their numbers through the system, it showed them something they had never been able to see: opening for an extra ten weeks a year would put their revenue up by about 25%. They opened for the extra ten weeks, and we moved the school onto direct debits at the same time.
- Before
- 40 weeks a year, paid by term, reconciled by hand
- After
- 50 weeks a year, on direct debits
Results may vary. Individual outcomes depend on the effort applied and the specific circumstances of each business.
